Returns & Refunds

  • You may return full price items within 14 days of the receipt for a refund or exchange. Please let us know that you are making a return by emailing us at info@carouselchildrenswear.co.uk confirming your details and the reason for the return.
  • The goods must be unworn and in a saleable condition with all the labels and tags attached. Any items returned to us marked, stained or worn will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receipt of your parcel.  Please do not contact us before this as this may delay your refund.
  • ALL SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE EXCHANGE ONLY.
  • Additional postage will be charged if you require an exchange.
  • Goods secured on a payment plan are exchange only, no refund.
  • Pre-ordered goods are exchange only, no refund.
  • Special orders for items not stocked in store are non returnable.
  • Please note that we cannot give refunds on Christening and Occasion Wear unless faulty.
  • Returns postage is the customer’s responsibility. Please take care how the garment is packaged and that you obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that are damaged or that fail to reach us.
  • Please send any returns to Carousel Childrenswear 98-100 Gisburn Rd Barrowford Lancashire BB9 6EW and enclose the receipt.
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable on unsatisfactory or unsuitable items.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty goods.
